Finance Operations Senior Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our day-to-day financial operations, with a specific focus on hotel partner accounts, reconciliations, and billing.

Since our core operations revolve around the hospitality ecosystem, prior experience or deep domain knowledge of the hotel/hospitality industry is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Reconciliations: Conduct daily and weekly reconciliations of hotel partner bookings, commissions, and payouts against internal operational data.

• Accounts Receivable Payable: Manage the end-to-end billing cycle for hotel partners, ensuring accurate invoice generation and timely processing of vendor payouts.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Act as the primary finance point of contact for hotel partners to resolve billing disputes, missing booking payouts, or ledger mismatches.

• Data Compilation: Assist the senior finance team in compiling monthly data for GST and TDS compliance specific to the hospitality sector.

• Financial Reporting: Maintain clean, error-free financial trackers and assist in preparing weekly cash flow and expense reports.
