Finance Operations Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Operations Intern to support our Accounts Manager with day-to-day finance operations. This role is suitable for freshers who want practical experience in invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and basic accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain invoices
• Follow up on pending customer payments and collections
• Update daily payment and collection records
• Maintain invoice and outstanding payment trackers
• Coordinate with customers or internal teams regarding payments
• Verify bank transactions and payment entries
• Organize bills, invoices, receipts, and finance documents
• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports
• Identify payment mismatches and report them to the Accounts Manager
• Support the Accounts Manager with routine finance and operational tasks

Requirements

• B.Com, BBA, B.Com CA, Finance, Accounting, or related background preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial records
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Willing to work from the office in Bengaluru

What You Will Learn

You will get hands-on exposure to invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, finance operations, reporting, and real business accounting workflows.

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
