Finance Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pay-in and pay-out activities for all exchanges, including NSE, BSE, NSE F&O, and Clearing Members (SMC).
• Process internal bank fund transfers between exchange, clearing member, and expense accounts through HDFC and ICICI Bank.
• Prepare and upload client payout files through banking portals.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations for all operational, settlement, exchange, and expense accounts.
• Verify and reconcile exchange balances, FDR deposits, and other operational balances before end-of-day allocation.
• Prepare and monitor daily debit due lists and exchange obligation reports.
• Reconcile daily exchange obligations and monitor excess/shortage of funds.
• Conduct periodic reconciliation of company ledgers with NSE, BSE, and Clearing Member records.
• Prepare quarterly running account settlement reports, retention statements, summaries, and UCC-wise reports for submission to exchanges.
• Ensure timely completion of operational activities while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and clearing members to resolve operational discrepancies.
