Axon Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is the official licensee for Michelin Lifestyle Ltd. in India, managing the development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of Michelin-branded automotive accessories.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support statutory compliance and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Management: Manage and monitor daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure smooth business operations and availability of funds for all financial obligations
• Banking Operations: Handle end-to-end banking activities, including payments, receipts, reconciliations, and maintaining relationships with banking partners
• Financial Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS, and assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and consultants for smooth financial operations
• Financial Closures: Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books along with proper documentation and audit readiness.

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Qualification: MBA in Finance / CA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally and Zoho
• Good understanding of cash flow management and banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
