Finance Officer & Cost Controller

Role & responsibilities

Manage daily accounting, AP/AR, cash and bank reconciliations, revenue verification and month-end closing.
• Handle hotel F&B cost control, inventory monitoring, stock counts, wastage and variance analysis.
• Review purchasing, receiving and supplier invoices, including PO/GRN/invoice matching.
• Support financial reporting, audits, tax compliance and internal control procedures.
• Assist with finance-system implementation, opening balances, inventory setup and pre-opening activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper financial controls and audit trails.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree/professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong experience in F&B cost control, inventory, revenue audit and accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Experience with OPERA, Simphony and Prologic is preferred.
• Hotel pre-opening and international hotel experience will be an advantage.
