Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage finances, accounts, and taxation for the company.
- Oversee audits, GST compliance, TDS management, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and adherence to accounting standards.
- Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective financial planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-9 years of experience in finance & accounts with a strong background in accountancy, auditing, GST, income tax laws etc. .
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or equivalent qualification in Account & Finance.
- Proven track record of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
