About this role
- Execution of investments in co-ordination with wealth managers or otherwise
• Evaluate investment proposals
• MIS of investments and monitoring of Returns on portfolio
• Preparing reports on portfolio performance
• Work on taxation of Individuals / Trusts / Companies, including Foreign taxation
• Working knowledge of Structuring of transactions / investments from the points of view of taxation and regulatory angles
• Oversee Accounting and audit
• Co-ordination with investment team of PE Fund
• Compliances of overseas investments including APR and other FEMA compliances
• Oversee Compliances under Companies Act and other statutes
• Special assignments that could come from time to time which would require working with Business and other teams of operating companies in areas of Finance, Taxation, etc.
• Understanding of legal aspects
