About this role
Position: Manager – Finance & Accounts (Sales & Accounts Receivable)
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 7–10 years
Budget: Up to 12 LPA
Industry Background: 360-degree Digital Marketing / Creative / Media Agencies
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in sales accounting, accounts receivable, client billing, collections and reconciliations.
- Prior exposure to billing across SEO, paid media, social media, ORM, web development, creative and digital marketing services.
- Thorough understanding of agency retainer models, project-based billing, media spends, vendor expenses, purchase orders and commercial agreements.
- Experience managing receivables, ageing reports, payment follow-ups, GST/TDS coordination and MIS reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to independently manage the billing-to-collection cycle.
- Understanding of client contracts, commercial terms, billing milestones and payment clauses.
Important: We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked within the advertising, digital marketing or integrated creative/media agency ecosystem. Industry exposure is a critical selection criterion, and profiles from unrelated sectors will not be considered.
