  9. An established organization with business operations across the Asia-Pacific region is seeking experienced finance professionals to support regional business priorities, financial performance, and transformation initiatives.
  11. Multiple opportunities are available across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analytics, Finance Operations, Controllership, and Finance Digital Transformation.
  13. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to business decisions, strengthen financial processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across regional and global teams.
  15. Role Overview & Responsibilities
    • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
    • Develop financial reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights.
    • Strengthen financial reporting, governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
    • Contribute to finance transformation, ERP enhancement, and digital initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and regional objectives.
  18. Responsibilities will vary according to the functional area and level of the position.
  20. Candidate Profile & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Relevant experience in FP&A, financial analytics, finance operations, controllership, or finance transformation.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, data analytics, or process improvement methodologies.
  23. Professional Qualifications & Technical Expertise
  25. Industry-recognized qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or CIMA are advantageous, depending on the role, but are not mandatory.
  27. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, or automation tools is also valued. Equivalent practical experience and demonstrated capabilities are welcome.
