Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our team in Pune.

We are looking for a finance professional with 10 - 15 years of experience who has strong hands-on expertise in core accounting, month-end closing, MIS, financial reporting, taxation, ERP, and team management.

Position: Finance & Accounts Manager / Senior Manager
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 1015 Years
Qualification: CA Inter Mandatory
Industry Preference: Automobile / EV / Manufacturing / Engineering

What we’re looking for:
• Strong expertise in hardcore accounting and month-end closing
• Hands-on experience in MIS and monthly financial reporting
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation
• Strong ERP exposure and finance systems knowledge
• Experience in audit, reconciliations and financial controls
• Experience in managing and mentoring finance teams
• Exposure to equity-invested, investor-backed or externally funded organizations will be preferred
• Candidates from the automobile/manufacturing industry will be strongly preferred
