Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong hands-on experience across accounting, AP, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can independently manage day-to-day finance operations, work with external advisors/auditors and support management with accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, accounting entries and AP controls.
• Handle GST, TDS, corporate tax and other statutory compliances in coordination with external consultants.
• Prepare and review MIS, P& L, balance sheet, cash flow and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for management decision-making.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and cross-border transactions.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support international finance operations, including exposure to US/global entities, taxation or reporting.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and implement SOPs, controls and automation to improve finance efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management whenever required.

Requirements:

• 5-10years of relevant experience in accounting/finance operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in AP + taxation + financial reporting + accounting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, MIS and financial statements.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to international entities / cross-border transactions / US GAAP / IFRS is preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; experience with SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks or similar systems is a plus.
• Experience working with auditors, tax consultants and external stakeholders.
• CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
