Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage finances, including cash flow management, financial planning, and budgeting.
  
• Oversee bank reconciliations, GST compliance, and tax returns (CA).
  
• Ensure accurate balance sheet finalization and maintain control over finance operations.
  
• Develop and implement effective finance strategies to drive business growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in finance & accounts role, preferably in an engineering industry setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of CA, finance control, financing, and accounting principles.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
