Finance Manager

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS) and internal company policies
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning
• Support costing, pricing, and profitability analysis across business units
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management review
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit completion and closure of observations
• Oversee working capital management, cash flow planning, and treasury operations
• Review and strengthen internal financial controls and processes
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders as required
• Mentor and manage a team of accounts executives/junior finance staff

Support finance system implementation, upgrades, and process automation initiatives
