Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Oversee patient billing, package accounting, advances, refunds and collections
• Manage B2B invoicing, credit terms, ageing follow-up and partner revenue-share settlements
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis by service line
• Support pricing and package design through cost-per-session and margin analysis
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and income tax compliance
• Manage payroll inputs and consultant/therapist payouts and incentives
• Build internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and billing errors
• Coordinate with auditors and external CA/tax consultants
• Lead and train the accounts and billing team

Preferred candidate profile

• CA-Inter, M.Com in Finance, or MBA in Finance
• Proficiency in accounting principles and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including audit support and internal controls implementation and so on.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
• Experience working in healthcare, rehabilitation, or other service-oriented organizations have preference.
• Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram and other locations as per business requirement and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
