Ovo Farm is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our finance leadership team and report to the Finance Lead / CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review finance operations across AR, AP and accounting
• Support monthly closing, reconciliations, MIS and financial controls
• Review customer/vendor ledgers and resolve outstanding issues
• Improve finance processes, controls and ERP workflows
• Guide and review the work of the finance team
• Support audits, compliance, cash flow and management reporting

Requirements:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with strong relevant experience
• 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliation and month-end closing
• Good Excel and ERP skills; Zoho / SAP / Tally experience preferred
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution preferred
• Strong ownership, analytical ability and leadership skills
