Key Responsibilities

• Finance Controls: Ensure effective financial controls, processes, and compliance across finance operations.
• MIS & Management Reporting: Prepare accurate MIS, financial reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and support timely collections.
• Accounting & Book Closure: Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely monthly book closure.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure adherence to audit procedures.
• GST & Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely GST filings and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Cash Flow & Bank Reconciliation: Monitor cash flows, manage bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement improvements across finance processes and operations.

Requirements

• MBA in Finance with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, MIS, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with GST, reconciliations, audits, and book closure.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Ability to manage multiple finance activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
