Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations on Zoho Accounts Books for Shahpura Hotels & Resorts, with a primary focus at our Jaipur Office

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting in line with corporate standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring revenue and expenses, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. The Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, propose cost-optimization strategies, and support leadership in strategic decision-making. The role also involves supervising finance staff, maintaining robust internal controls, and coordinating with operations, procurement, and senior management to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis on Zoho Accounts Books
• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other key reports.
• Experience with financial controls, audit processes, and compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.
• Comfort with financial software and hotel management systems; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Solid business and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
