Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end factory finance, including product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Analyze production costs, material consumption, wastage, and operational variances.
• Prepare and review monthly plant financial reports, cost sheets, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting, stock verification, reconciliation, and controls.
• Support annual operating plans, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Partner with Production, QA, SCM, and Procurement teams for financial and operational coordination.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, audits, and company policies.
• Drive cost-saving, process improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor CAPEX utilization and support financial evaluation of expansion and automation projects.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; CA / CMA preferred.
• 712 years of relevant experience in factory finance, costing, or manufacturing finance.
