Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data trends and present insights to management.
• Prepare analytical data as per the request of the management.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Prepare decision making dashboards in Power BI/ Excel.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data.
• Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
• Coordinate with departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support audits and compliance reporting as required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of databases and data management and accountancy.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

• Need CA qualified with 3 years of experience.
