Qualification & Experience

• CA: 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• ICWA/CMA: 6+ years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing/FMCG finance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounts, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Inventory & Financial Reporting
• SAP & Tally experience preferred
• Big 4 experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance & accounting operations of the manufacturing unit & Corporate Office
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Cost accounting, inventory valuation and control
• Statutory compliance and financial policies
• Financial analysis and business insights for plant operations
• Coordinate with plant/operations teams
• Manage SAP/Tally-based finance processes
