Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, FPA, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Handle accounting and tax compliance; fundraising/funding will not be part of the role.
• Prepare financial models, budgets, forecasts, and MIS.
• Improve finance processes using AI tools and automation.
• Ensure accurate books, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

• CA qualified: Mandatory.
• 2-5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong accounting and taxation experience.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
