Finance Manager - Retail

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business performance for the retail business.
• Manage P&L, profitability, margins and cost optimisation across stores.
• Lead MIS, financial analysis and management reporting, including Actual vs Budget vs Forecast.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and inventory financial planning.
• Evaluate financials for new stores, expansion, pricing, promotions and investments.
• Strengthen financial controls, compliance and governance, while leading and developing the finance team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.com or equivalent.
• 610 years of relevant experience, with proven managerial experience in the retail industry.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L and financial planning.
• Good understanding of retail profitability, cost control and working capital.
• Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience in fashion, apparel or fast-fashion retail will be preferred.
