About this role
Roles and responsibilities
- Support the company in optimizing and securing its financial transactions and systems
- Assist in streamlining and improving the Internal Control System and the SOPs
- Make sure that the financial resources are adequately used
- Optimize the Monthly Financial Reporting to make a management tool of it
- Comply with national and local financial regulations
- Strengthen the Inventory Management System
- Processing the Payroll on time
- Review and optimization of the insurances
- Support in the future migration process to an ERP
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant or similar academic background
- At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Department
- Experience in agricultural industry is a big asset
- Experience in a role in Africa is a big asset
- Computer literate
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to work and live in a multicultural environment
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must be a person of very high integrity
- Strong organization and time management skill
