Detailed Job Description:

• Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, funding strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and financial explanations.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to develop financial plans and monitor business performance.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting systems, processes, and controls.
• Monitor funding requirements and support effective financial planning and liquidity management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and quality of financial reporting.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of overall experience in finance/accounting functions.
• Minimum 5 years of pre-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong experience in financial closing, finalization, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and liquidity management.
• Experience in treasury operations, funding, compliance, and audit support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
