Finance Manager - Finance Planing & Analysis

The Manager – FP&A will be responsible for driving financial planning, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, unit economics, working capital management, and strategic financial modelling across the group.

1. MIS, Reporting & Board Pack

• Own monthly Investor MIS and Board/Audit Committee finance packs.
• Build and maintain entity-level and consolidated dashboards covering Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Cash, Working Capital, EC-level P&L, Factory Cost of Production, and SKU economics.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with the CEO, including Actual vs Budget vs Last Year analysis and key business drivers.

2. Budgeting & Rolling Forecasts

• Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process end-to-end.
• Maintain a 12-month rolling forecast and update it quarterly or based on material business changes.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis around order intake, AOV, gross margin, fixed costs, and expansion plans.

3. Unit Economics & Business Partnering

• Track and challenge unit economics across the group.
• Analyse project margins, factory cost sheets, absorption, SKU-level gross margins, and project economics.
• Partner with Sales and Design teams on funnel-to-booking-to-revenue conversion, AOV, and design loss/shrinkage.
• Partner with Marketing on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and marketing-spend efficiency.
• Work with Factory teams on standard cost vs actual, yield, scrap, and capacity utilisation.

4. Capex, Expansion & Strategic Projects

• Build financial models for new Experience Centre (EC) expansion, including capex, ramp-up, payback, and IRR.
• Evaluate new factory and other capex proposals through detailed financial modelling.
• Support fundraising and lender discussions, including financial models, KPI analysis, data rooms, and sensitivity decks.

5. Working Capital & Cost Discipline

• Monitor DSO, DPO, inventory days, and cash conversion cycle.
• Lead cost-reduction and vendor consolidation initiatives.
• Monitor OPEX and identify cost overruns proactively.

6. Systems & Analytics

• Develop and enhance the FP&A toolkit using Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Partner with the Technology team on ERP reporting, data quality, and analytics.
• Drive AI-led analytics and automation within the Finance function

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Controllership, or Strategy Finance.
• Experience in high-growth Consumer, Retail, D2C, Manufacturing, or SaaS environments is preferred.
• Candidates with Big 4, boutique consulting, investment banking, PE portfolio, or FP&A experience will be preferred.
• Experience in building MIS/dashboards from scratch is an added advantage.

• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good understanding of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Ability to analyse P&L and identify key business drivers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership, founders, investors, and board-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
