Finance Manager - Director's Office

This role is for Deputy Manager - Finance in the Director's Office. You will be working directly with the top management of the company and will be exposed to a wide variety of functions. It is a challenging role requiring quick learning and adaptability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial & Performance Analysis

• Compare actual financial performance against approved budgets regularly.
• Track business performance against KRAs to ensure goal alignment.
• Identify cost-saving areas and revenue-improvement leaks across business units.
• Maintain and update the long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans for the company
• Prepare basic financial projections based on business assumptions.
• Support in evaluating the financial implications of various business decisions.

Project Management & Execution

• Maintain a central dashboard to monitor the progress of high-priority initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Highlight operational red flags and project delays to management early.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement corrective action plans.

Management Reporting & Presentation

• Create high-impact presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
• Translate complex datasets into concise, actionable executive summaries.

External Stakeholder & Industry Liaison

• Act as the central point of contact to compile, verify, and share data with industry associations and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all external data submissions are accurate, standardized, and aligned with company confidentiality guidelines.

Technology and Process Optimization:

• Create and streamline processes for submission of financial data to the Director's office to reduce turnaround times.

Expertise in MS Excel/PowerPoint /Word.

Strong multi -tasking abilities & interpersonal Communication Skills.

Ability to work with senior leadership confidently and seamlessly.
