Finance Manager - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Manage the monthly financial book closing process, including revenue/cost recording, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

- Interact with budget owners and stakeholders to produce timely month-end close and management/financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax statutes and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

- Manage statutory, internal, and other audits to ensure timely completion.

- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and collaborate with external auditors.

- Participate in the development of accounting policies, SOPs, and system improvements.

- Lead strategic financial projects and internal software upgrades.

- Strengthen internal communications and promote a supportive work environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

- CA with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred.

- Preferably from the Financial Services industry.

- Knowledge of Indian GAAP, Direct and Indirect Taxation.

- Strong presentation, computational, and process improvement skills.

- High sense of ownership, integrity, and commitment to the organization.
