Finance Manager Billing

G4S is seeking a Finance Manager (Billing & Finance Operations) to oversee complex, large-scale financial management and invoice distribution for our high-profile Enterprise portfolio

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% billing accuracy, driving streamlined end-to-end invoice production, acting as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Financial Compliance Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end invoice process, verification, and timely submission.
• Track and process invoices for all services, reconcile final bills, oversee budget workups, and manage all tracking in Ariba for precision and timely payment.
• Ensure strict adherence to specialized billing requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), contract terms, and current standards.
• Maintain quarterly variance analysis for multiple internal business functions.

2. Strategic Client & Contract Management

• Create, review, revise, and maintain quarterly Statements of Work (SOW) and enter/manage them in Salesforce for legal review and execution.
• Review, track, and process global Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to ensure all global purchases stay strictly within client budgets.
• Follow company governance to process payments, approve money transfers, manage financial statements, and approve purchase order requisitions.

Required Candidate Profile

Education & Work Experience (Must possess one of the following):

• Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (including hands-on management of a centralized billing function).

Essential Technical & Soft Skills:

• Centralized Billing Leadership: Proven track record in coordinating large-scale, complex billing and collection operations.
• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Advanced MS Office: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications for data synthesis, sorting, and reporting.
• Financial Acumen: Exceptional ability to compile, analyze, and interpret complex financial data and budget reports.
• Client Relations & Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to foster open, collaborative partnerships across all enterprise levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience working within a global centralized finance operations environment.
• Strong background in contract review, direct client interface, and collaborative dispute resolution.
