Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage US accounting and financial reporting (US GAAP), including exposure to US tax filings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, banking, treasury, and working capital.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Monitor receivables, payables, vendor reconciliations, and expense management.
• Work closely with Sales, HR, Operations, and Procurement teams on financial matters.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• 34 years of team handling or finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, and Ind-AS/IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with US Accounting & US GAAP (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Good understanding of treasury and cash flow management.
• Experience in audit handling and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Mandatory), Tally, or Zoho Books.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
