Finance Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MIS) and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting.
• Oversee cash flow management, including tracking expenses, revenues, and profits/losses.
• Develop investor relations materials such as quarterly reports and presentations.
• This is a founding finance hire. Build systems and processes from scratch. 
• Reporting directly to the founder and board

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in finance control or a related field within the high growth setup (Post qualification experience)
• CA is mandatory (Passed out 2019-2022)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (MIS) and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets and cash flows effectively.
• Experience with investor relations activities such as preparing quarterly reports.
