Finance Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role will provide hands-on exposure to accounting processes, reconciliations, documentation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Support invoice verification, processing, and documentation.
• Assist with bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain and update financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Support the team in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate finance-related records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related queries.
• Support the Finance team during month-end closing and audit activities.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate & Pursuing CA, M.Com or MBA in Finance
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Tally/ERP/accounting software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel functions is preferred.
