Finance Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Help process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Assist in bank reconciliations and financial data entry
• Maintain financial documents and records accurately
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities
• Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation
• Perform basic financial analysis and data validation
• Support the Finance team with administrative and operational tasks

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or any accounting software is an added advantage
