Role and Responsibilities:

• Support key functions across Finance / Human Resources / Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering Automation aligned with organizational needs
• Responsibilities tailored to the candidates background, skills, and experience to enable meaningful contribution and learning
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to day-to-day operations while supporting process improvement efforts
• Assist in the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives
• Analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and support initiatives that promote operational efficiency and business outcomes

Qualifications:

• Prior professional experience in Finance / Human Resources / Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering Automation or related functions
• 2-5 years of career break due to personal, family, academic, or other valid reasons
• Educational background in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Economics, HR, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Determined willingness to upskill and adapt to new tools, systems, and ways of working.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach, skilled problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Effective time management, prioritization, and ability to work with initiative and within teams
