We are looking for a Finance Head/Manager for our Company-Gemini Consulting and Services (A leading Software Development Firm), US based ERP and Digital Technologies solutioning we provide as services across US, India and UAE regions.

• Work Location: Financial District, Hyderabad
• Mode of Work: 5 days from office.

Role:

Finance Head/Manager

Qualification: CA/CMA (Experience: 2 - 5 Yrs) (or)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter

Role Description:The applicant will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will report directly to the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial actions, overseeing cash flow, risk management, and financial planning. You will also play a critical role in strategic decision-making, assisting with long-term business planning to promote company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and guide financial decisions by applying company policies, government regulations, and essential operational strategies.

2. Implement and Manage processes for managing the IT Services Project Accounting, Account Payables, Account Receivables, RFP Estimations & Cost Controls

3. Assess financial performance against both the annual budget and the company's long-term strategy, providing insights to the management.

4. Implement and Manage processes to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.

5. Engage the finance committee of the Leadership to develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and projections.

6. Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for Gemini. Ownership of Project Accounting, Monthly Project Financial Health Check Reviews.

7. Evaluate the organization's financial strengths and weaknesses and propose proactive corrective actions.

8. Supervise the data and reports of financial performance for the CEO and board of directors.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of corporate financial management experience, with a significant portion within the IT or financial services industries.

2. Proven track record of successful financial forecasting, high-level strategic thinking, and budget management.

3. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, tax, and cost control principles

4. Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

5. Leadership experience in an executive role, with proven success in managing a finance team.

6. Experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of leading organizational financial planning, risk management, and broad investment knowledge.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to a non-financial audience.

Preferred:

1. MBA in Finance or similar credentials.

2. Experience in a similar role within a software, technology, or consulting company.

3. Strong understanding of the IT consulting business model, preferably with exposure to offshore delivery and related financial management.
