Finance Head

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and implement effective internal controls.
• Monitor company expenses, profitability, and cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
• Supervise the finance and accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and improve profitability.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Monitor company expenses, profitability, and cost-control measures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, financial data, and multiple responsibilities efficiently.
