Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual budget.
• Supervise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including taxation, audits, and company law.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage treasury operations and working capital efficiently.
• Liaison with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
