About this role
Key Requirements:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance). Dual qualifications (CA + CPA) preferred.
- Experience: 18+ years of experience, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role managing India + US finance and accounts.
- Strong expertise in:
- Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, GST, Income Tax, FEMA.
- US GAAP, Federal & State taxation, payroll compliance.
- Transfer pricing & cross-border taxation.
- Experience in handling multi-currency transactions, global client billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
- Proven ability to liaise with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and regulatory authorities in both countries.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
