Finance Head

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead all finance, accounting, and administrative functions
• Prepare, analyze, and present MIS and Board-level financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Lead ERP onboarding and implementation
• Build, manage, and mentor the Accounts team
• Lead debt raising activities and manage relationships with lenders
• Ensure compliance, controls, and financial discipline
• Handling Tax complexities  

Preferred candidate profile

• 1015 years total professional experience
• Minimum 5 years as Head of Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing
• Proven experience implementing and onboarding ERP systems
• Strong background in MIS, Board reporting, and financial analysis
• Demonstrated experience in raising and managing debt
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) is highly preferred or MBA Finance
