The role will be instrumental in strengthening the finance function to support scale, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

The company operates four manufacturing facilities in Tumkur and recorded a turnover of approximately INR 350 crore in FY26. It employs around 140 staff members and 1,600 workers, with 100% of its FIBC and container liner production dedicated to exports.

    b) MIS, performance reporting, and decision support
    c) Costing and manufacturing finance
    d) Cash flow and working capital management
    e) Compliance, governance, and risk management

    h) Books of account, internal audit, and statutory audit oversight
    i) Direct and indirect taxation

The ideal candidate will be a strong, outcomes-driven finance leader with the ability to build capability, influence decision-making, and elevate the function in line with the company's growth ambitions. The Head of Finance will play a pivotal leadership role in transforming finance into a strategic, future-ready function as Soliflex prepares for an IPO over the next three years.

This position reports to the Chairman and will be based at the corporate office in Bengaluru, with regular travel to the factory, typically at least twice a week. The role offers broad functional ownership across the finance spectrum, including the following key areas:

    2. Build and strengthen the finance organization through selective talent acquisition, role redesign, and team development to support scale, automation, and capital market readiness.
    3. Drive sustainable EBITDA growth through rigorous review of forecasts, raw material procurement, conversion costs, working capital, and plant-level overheads.
    4. Develop investor-grade financial reporting, MIS, cash flow statements, plant-wise profitability views, and decision dashboards that enable sharper business choices.
    5. Improve cash flow efficiency by tightening receivables, optimizing inventory, and strengthening treasury discipline.
    6. Build deeper cost visibility across the business and implement interventions that reduce operating costs without compromising control or performance.
    7. Manage external financial stakeholders, including banks, factoring partners, and lenders, while ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
    8. Lead capital investment evaluation and funding plans for automation, capacity expansion, and backward integration, while maintaining an appropriate debt-equity mix and debt servicing discipline.
    9. Identify and drive strategic pricing and commercial levers across costing, procurement, and market positioning to enhance revenue and profitability while reducing exposure to volatility.
    10. Strengthen finance controls, processes, and governance mechanisms across the organization to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
    11. Ensure robust adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements, including those related to Income Tax, GST, audit, and RoC compliance.
    12. Lead IPO preparedness by improving audit readiness, internal controls, risk management practices, and coordination with bankers, auditors, and legal advisors.
