We are looking for a skilled Finance/Financial Crime Tech SME to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and financial crime technology.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial crime prevention strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in financial crimes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and financial institutions.
• Provide training and guidance on financial crime prevention best practices to employees.
• Monitor and report on financial crime metrics and performance indicators.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats in financial crime.

• Strong understanding of finance and financial crime concepts, including fraud, theft, and money laundering.
• Experience working with financial data and analytics tools, such as Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
