Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, GST compliance, statutory filings and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers and daily financial transactions.
• Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), ITC reconciliation, TDS and applicable tax filings.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations and support monthly book closure.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, customer receipts and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain expense records, invoices, payment proofs and statutory documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports, expense summaries and MIS.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely compliance.
• Track filing deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, taxation, GST and financial operations.
• Practical knowledge of GST returns, TDS, bookkeeping and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and deadline management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a startup, e-commerce, retail, grocery or food-tech business.
• Understanding of purchase/sales cycles, inventory documentation and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
