Finance Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role offers exposure to financial records, reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation and review of invoices, vouchers, expense statements, and other financial documents.
• Assist with bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Help track accounts payable and receivable and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
• Support monthly financial reporting, expense tracking, and basic variance analysis.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documents for audits and internal reviews.
• Use spreadsheets and finance/accounting systems to update data and prepare reports accurately.
• Coordinate with business teams to collect financial information and resolve routine queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA to B.com / M.com , preferably with a specialization in Finance.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven, dependable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Internship or academic project experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
