Finance Executive

Role and Candidate Profile
Position Title: Finance Executive Reporting to: Asstt Finance Controller

Department Finance

Purpose and Objectives of the Role: Role will consist of accounting and reporting while ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, Ind AS, internal controls, and audit requirements. The role is also responsible for independently handling statutory and internal audit requirements related to these areas.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: Accounting, Internal Controls & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and reporting in line with Ind AS and company policies.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, stock reconciliations, and provisions where required.
• Review and Update SOPs, RCMs and Internal Control Procedures
• Compliance with GST & TDS related activities
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Reporting & Analysis

• Analyse trends in payables / receivables
• Assist in Budgeting, Forecast and Month end reporting
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for month-end and year-end closing.

Candidate Profile Experience / Track Record

• 0-1 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance role.
• Team player
• Strong MS-Excel skills (ERP Knowledge an added advantage)

Industries Experience :Any one or more of the following:

• B2B Industry
• Other Manufacturing industry
• Audit firms

Geography Experience : Must have India market experience

Educational Qual: C.A

Language: Proficiency in English and local language. Multilingual will be an advantage.
