Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handling billing, expense, sales and purchase entries.
• Maintaining day to day cash inflows and outflows.
• Maintain the Finance report in Tally.
• Monthly audit of the location centers and maintain the audit report.
• Co-ordinating with the Finance manager.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, reconciliation of GST input credit, and compliance with GST regulations.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and payments. Ensure timely filing of TDS returns and issuance of TDS certificates.
• Oversee the computation, payment, and filing of Professional Tax. Ensure Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax planning strategies.
• Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor and manage financial exposures related to currency, interest rates, and other market factors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
