Finance Executive

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial entries.
  
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation).
  
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
• Ensure timely posting of invoices, payments, receipts, and adjustments.
  

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare periodic financial statements, MIS reports, and cash-flow statements.
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
• Assist in preparing P&L, Balance Sheets, and other management reports.
  

3. Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).
  
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
  
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings.
  

4. Banking & Treasury Operations

• Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund transfers.
  
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and vendor payments.
  
• Coordinate with banks regarding facilities, documentation, and queries.
  

5. Vendor & Customer Coordination

• Manage vendor invoices, payment cycles, and credit terms.
  
• Follow up on customer payments and maintain ageing reports.
  
• Resolve billing, invoicing, and payment-related issues.
  

6. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
  
• Support process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
