FINANCE EXECUTIVE FOR CORPORATE OFFICE FOR SECURITIES MARKET AT GIFT CITY GANDHINAGAR

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor daily financial transactions for suspicious activities.
• Maintain compliance with IFSCA guidelines.

International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA)

• Execute day-to-day accounting and ledger management.
• Coordinate with internal auditors and regulatory authorities.

AML/CFT Compliance Tasks

• Implement Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.
• Track high-value cross-border capital flows.
• Report suspicious transactions to the Principal Officer.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance and audit records.

Financial Operations

• Prepare quarterly and final financial accounts.
• Manage operational bank accounts and cash flow.
• Support investment management and fund tracking.
• Ensure adherence to financial delegation limits.

Key Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce alongwith course as IFSCA Launches First-Ever AML/CTF Certification Course for IFSC Compliance course was developed jointly by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and the IFSCA Academy

• Valid NISM-IFSCA-01 AML/CFT certification International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA)
• Knowledge of securities market operations and PMLA rules. International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) +1
• Experience working in GIFT City or similar financial centers As specific type of financial entity (such as a brokerage, fund, or clearing corporation) with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) will be preferred.
