Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and compliance operations.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, reimbursements, and accounting entries.
• Maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Support statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance activities.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Follow defined finance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Ensure secure handling of financial records and documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, contractual, and employee information.
• Use only approved systems for financial data processing.
• Report suspected data leakage or security incidents.
• Adhere to department and organization information security policies, processes, and requirements.
• Adhere to organization information security dos and don ts.

Experience Qualifications

• 2-3 Years of experience
• BTech/BE/MTech(CSE/ECE)/MS/MCA
