Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support the finance function by ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliances

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post day to today general journal accounting entries, maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare customer sales invoices and process vendor purchase invoices, ensuring proper verification against Purchase Orders.
• Support in Month end accounting activities and monthly closing reports.
• Support in preparation and filing GST returns, process GST Refunds and ensure timely TDS payments and Statutory compliance.
• Perform bank and Ledger reconciliations
• Maintain accounting documentation and support for audits.
• Identify Process that can be automized through AI

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce; M.com/ MBA Finance is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting and Finance
• Experience with ERP/accounting software - Zoho Books
• Good understanding of TDS, GST and accounting standards

Required Skills:

• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Good Knowledge of GST and TDS
• Proficiency in MS excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Awarness of AI assisted finance tools
• Continuous learning mindset and openness to process automation
