Job Summary

aBet Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, receivables, payables, taxation documentation, banking and financial coordination.

The candidate will work closely with Sales, Purchase, Operations, Logistics and Management to ensure smooth financial operations and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate entries for Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments and Expenses.
• Generate and verify customer invoices.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Coordinate vendor payments as per approved payment terms.
• Verify vendor invoices against Purchase Orders and supporting documents.
• Confirm customer advance/payment status against Work Orders before further processing.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Support GST-related documentation, reconciliation and return preparation.
• Support TDS calculations, deductions and documentation.
• Coordinate with CA/consultants for GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Prepare E-Way Bills and other required commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Logistics for invoice, E-Way Bill and dispatch documentation.
• Maintain debit notes, credit notes and payment records.
• Track project-wise billing and collections.
• Prepare ageing reports for customer receivables and vendor payables.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial MIS for management.
• Maintain proper supporting documents for all financial transactions.
• Assist in monthly and annual account closing.
• Support statutory/internal audits and provide required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Way Bill and basic statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
• Good communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Experience: Preferably 1–4 years in Accounts & Finance.

Experience in a manufacturing, trading, technology or project-based company will be preferred.
