Finance Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to independently manage payroll operations, statutory compliances, and basic accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll including attendance validation, salary processing, disbursements, Full & Final settlements, and gratuity.

Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS calculations, challans, and timely filing of returns.

Maintain accurate payroll and accounting records while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.

Pass payroll-related accounting entries and support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor payments.

Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash accounting, and monitor reimbursements and advances.

Prepare payroll MIS, salary variance reports, and department-wise cost analysis.

Coordinate with HR teams, auditors, and consultants, and support monthly closing and audit activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Com / M.Com

3–5 years of experience in payroll & accounting

Experience in education/service industry preferred

Strong working knowledge of Tally and Excel
